I suspect that you are asking about spherical coordinates and the definition of the E and H planes. There is no way to answer without knowing how your device is placed relative to the coordinates.

You might look at the IEEE definition for spherical coordinates. Consider how your object is placed and then the direction of the E and H vectors.
