Please How I get E-Field theta and E-Field phi in one diagram using CST

you can use template based post processing. Assuming you want farfield properties, Just go to Farfield properties> Farfield Result and from there you can select a quick configuration in the list like Directivity,constant Phi =0 etc or you can go to all settings and set it as you like. After that you can do the same for e-field etc aswell.
