Feko ERROR 20012

I want to import a Iges file but I can't do it. I get this error:

ERROR 20012 cuold not import model from C:/...

and in the box below said:

Importing foreign geometry...
Error 16042: Import failed: File not saved.

any ideas?

I have the same problem (Error 16042 but importing a STEP file.
