How can I run feko with lua script from cmd(putty)?

I want to run a cadfeko file from putty, but i want to add the lua script with this file. How can I do it in putty? in feko i would just push the script button. or can i attach a lua script to a cadfeko file, so that it runs autimatically with cadfeko file?
