Export ADS layout to Gerber, DXF etc

Hi guys,
When we export ADS layout to Gerber etc, there are many broken lines...
Some ways to improve it are:
- Components -> Flatten.
- Boolean OR
- Merge Union

However, there are still a few broken trace left ... any suggestion?

gerber is nothing but collection of lines spaced with lowest resolution and overlapping etc.
this is the inheritance property. So you will find the same.

The newer Gerber RS274X offers filled areas described by a polygon boundary (group code G36/G37). You might want to check if this output option is available.

I guess the new version of ADS 2009 has solved this problem. Try it and good luck!
