ADS:Error while adding bat54 component in ads layout from HFDiode library

whenever I try to add BAT54 SOT23 diode in ads layout it shows a dialogue which says: The cell " " does not have the same units and database resolution as the current design. What should I do?
Change the Units in Technology Library..If it's mils, change it as mm etc.

However now when I try to make any connections I get this error.
I have attached a screenshot of the error
The message is clear.. The layer which is used for landing of that component is not valid.Change the layer with a valid one, error will be disappeared.
Or define this layer in tech. file..
.. or if that layer is required by a component library, add that layer to your workspace library in the layer settings.
