Hi,
I am trying to simulate a CPWG line in HFSS. Right now I have a metal stack corresponding to my process. metal 9 is signal and for the ground metal, I have a stack of metal layers from Metal9 to Metal1. In between these metal I am using metal pieces to emulate via between layers. When I run HFSS, the validation process goes fine.
However, ut gives some warning about "solve inside a high conductivity needs a larger mesh" . I understand this is because I am trying to solve inside the conductor as mentioned in HFSS user guide.
Now during the simulation, it creates a file " nominalmesh.g3derr and there it has bunch of error messages all saying
Two bodies show big change in common contact area in Fault Tolerant Meshing ...
It is still running simulation. Can somebody please tell me how to solve this error ?
