design of microstrip antenna with uwb characteristics

Hello,

I'm to design a microstrip antenna with uwb characteristics. I decided to choose rectangular patch for my design.

The design parameter are as stated below: Lengh L = 19.3mm, Width W= 23.72mm, design frequency f= 5Ghz, Dielectric constant er= 2.2, substrate height h= 1.6mm.

Kindly assist in putting me throuh on using awr to simulate the designed antenna.

I do not have ie3d software. Can u suggest how i can get an evaluation version if possible.

For IE3D you can download full evaluation version from www.zeland.com including the manuals and many sample files. Free registration required.

Thank u 4 your contribution. I hv dowloaded the evaluation version before but getting it registered is a big issue and therefore opted for awr which i'm trying to familiarise my self with. Im still going to give it another trial.

U can download ie3d cracked version 12.2 from chinese website
