Question| HFSS Electric current export

Hi, I'm working in HFSS, and i designed a microstrip antenna and my goal is to calculated her quality factor.
Now, is there anyway that i can export the magnitude of the electric current in each direction (x,y,z) to matlab?

Q is not very important parameter for antenna designer !, why you intend export magnitude of the electric current
