p-type and n-type substrate modelling

Hi, everyone,

I am wondering if any electromagnetic simulation software can let me specify the n- and p-type substrate? If not, how would you suggest model these two types of substrates?

e.g. Can ADS momentum allow me to do this? Any other tools?
