One port S parameter measurement in HFSS

Hi everybody,

I am new to HFSS environment and want to measure the one-port S parameter of a MOM capacitor. Can anyone help me in finding the way of one port S parameter simulation in HFSS?
Also, what type of port do I need to define- wave port or lumped port?
