S- and F-Parameters in CST

Hi everybody,
Im new in CST.
Can anyone explain the differences between S- and F-Parameters ?

Are F-parameters calculated in the same way as S-parameters and the only difference is F-Parameters are normalized to the spectrum of the reference signal ?
