Problem for Coupled Designs Between Maxwell12.1 and ePhysics3.1

I want to simulate static stress from ephysics, and I have completed the maxwell simulation, now I want to coupled between Maxwell and ePhysics,
but I ran the ephysics, it happened to appear an "[error] Solving Stress, process ths3d died unexpectedly", I do not know what causes this error.
I am using Maxwell12.1 and ePhysics3.1. Please help me. Thank you.
