Double minimum Method (SWR measurement)

Explain the advantages of Double minimum Method over SWR Meter in terms of SWR measurement.

I just got one advantage..
for double minimum method, we can measure high and low SWR compared to SWR meter that can only measure low SWR.

i just don't know, if there's any other advantages..
