Low frequency electromagnetics

Can anybody please tell me what is actual difference between Low freq electromagnetics & High freq electromagnetics. I work in RF & MW range & quite familiar with High freq concepts.

OR

Can anybody please suggest me a book for understanding Low freq EM concepts?
