Segmentation violation in ADS momentum 2009U1

Hi all,
I'm trying to simulate a capacitance in ADS. When I start the preview mesh appears this error:
ERROR: MomMSHmaker: internal error 11 -- segmentation violation

I have set the VIAs as 3D and mesh density as 100.

Any idea?

how many cpu cores are you using? Windows or Linux?

Linux, 24 cpus.

It is a software bug in ADS2009U1 (if you have more than 16 cores). I had similar problems.

Two solutions:

-> Try under Windows
-> Use ADS2011

I sim on server. I can't change the OS or install some other software.

Maybe it helps to limit the number of cores used for simulation and to change the mesh!
