New tri band PIFA design but needing urgent help plz ! :D

Hello Everyone....
I really love this forum its helping me a lot in everything,I hope I might be helping anyone too if anyone needs help in PIFA
I was designing a PIFA using IE3D but now I moved to HFSS due to its accurate results and easier modelling using 3-D objects, I already designed a tri band PIFA it took me a long time to model it and I had an error in simulation while I was analyzing in Setup 1 Local Meshing, I got this error :
"Adaptive solution setup, process abc3d : One of the faces which define this port has two identical points. The solid data file generated for the solver may contain an error. Please check the model for any errors which might cause this problem"
I used "Driven Modal Solution" and I'm using a coaxial feed,

i need simulation of PIFA for triple band and other for four bands can u help me plzzz :.(
i don't see the error, but there are quite a few things that have to be adressed with your design such as defining boundaries and material assignment. i havent had a chance yet to check the simulation results. i will post any updates if there are any
