SAM hands and head according to CTIA

I need 3D CAD model (STEP, iGES, SAT ...) of SAM head and hands according to CTIA OTA tests (see attached file).
The hands are designed according to phone model (calm-shell, brick etc.).
If someone can provide these files it will be very helpfull for me and others.
