how can I set up the coupled microstrip structure in q3d

hi,

I want to know the matrix of the inductance/capacitance of the couple lines
but i don't know how to set up the parameters
I only assume the lines are signal net; add the source and sick at both each side
then I use the data to calculate the V of cross talk
But the result doesn't match with the simulation in ADS
I think i might set up wrong step in my case
Should I set up the GND be the net? signal or ground?
by the way , i use q3d extractor v10

please help me to solve this problem
