HFSS - Can't resolve IP address, so can't do remote or distributed analysis

I'm getting this warning message when starting HFSS 13.0. Upgrading to 13.02 with a patch does not help resolve it.
The machine is an 8 core Linux machine running CentOS 5.6 - basically Redhat 5.6.
I'm no linux expert, but I can't understand why the hell HFSS can't resolve out the IP address of the machine. It is configured with a static IP address of 192.168.1.200, so it is not using DHCP to get the IP address. The ifconfig command knows the IP address.
I see this command on the web to set the IP address, though I'm not convinced I should need it. But I run it anyway, but it bought no benefit.
Using Google, the only reference I could find to this specific HFSS error message is is on a web site where the characters look to be Chinese or similar.

Needless to say, I don't understand that.
This warning is not stopping HFSS from running, but needless to say I suspect this is not being used as quickly as possible, with only 1 of 8 cores being used.
Any idea what the trouble might be?
Deborah
