What is the maximum power that an SIW structure can handle?

Does anybody know what is the maximum power that an SIW structure with a typical substrate like Rogers duroid 5880 with an epe_r=2.2 and a thickness of 0.5 mm can handle?

How can we analytically calculate the maximum power of an SIW structure?
