What cause the port error in HFSS?

Hi all,
I simulate microstrip in HFSS.It indicates as following:
HFSSModel1 (DrivenTerminal)
[error] Port refinement, process hf3d error: Port 3 does not have a solved inside material on either side.. (1:13:59 May 03, 2012)
[error] Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. (1:13:59 may 03, 2012)
What causes the error?and how to fix it?
