need help about the ideal to improve bandwidth

i found one antenna in IEEE that has adding ground which is perpendicular connected to CWP fed line
Could someone show me one antenna that using the same ideal but the feed line is microstrip fed line.
What is the name of keyword for searching this ideal, i don't know how to call this adding ground.
