FDFD (finite difference frequency domain) for 2D electromagnetic scattering problems

Hello there,
May anyone thankfully recommend a good reference to learn FDFD (finite difference frequency domain) for electromagnetic scattering problems ? I need a reference with matlab code examples (especially for 2D geometries) !
I would also be grateful if any one can send me a basic "1D or 2D FDFD scattering matlab code" in a private message
