errors in simulation of mpa

1.my question is that while simulating a mpa at 2.45ghz I got error message that reads "the first mode at inhomogeneous port 1 is hybrid .this could lead to an inaccurate energy balance ." How can I remove This...
2.second error is " inaccurate definition of internal waveguide port"
Please help...
