[Moved]: PDK FILE for latest CMOS technology

Hi everyone!
Anyone can help @ guide me how to get PDK (process Design Kit) file to simulate it using SILVACO SOFTWARE for the cmos latest technology?

I need it urgently

The SILVACO PDKs in fact are free, you can get them here, but you have to register and sign an NDA at SILVACO to get a license.

So the PDK must not be given to another party.
