Modelling GRAPHENE in COMSOL & other simulation tools available

I need to design a graphene layer of 1nm thickness in comsol. Im new to the software. Graphene is not an user defined material. How do we design a graphene?
Many parameters are need to be defined. cAn anyone help me in designing graphene layer.

CAn you also suggest using other software simulation tools for studying graphene electrical and physical properties.
