Operating Mode in UWB Microstrip Antenna

Hello All,

I am building an UWB microstrip antenna. I want to determine the operating mode? Can you please help me. What are the dimensions that i can use in the cut off frequency equations, are they the dimensions of the patch, of the substrate or of the microstrip feed line?

It's a patch antenna? It won't be UWB. The resonant TM_{01/10} mode will only exist at a single frequency.
