[Moved]: how to model Quantum Dot Solar Cells in Lumerical/Silvaco or??

Hi, hope everything going ok in your life. God willing...

I want to know how to model quantum dot solar cell in Lumerical/Silvaco or another software? Which model statement can be used for this?

Please someone help, I really need it urgently.
Thank You in advance. In the shelter of God.

At the extremes, a PV panel provides max V, min A (light load)...
or max A, min V (heavy load).
You get max power at some middle load setting.

To model this behavior, I have never seen a simple method. A normal role for a PV panel is to charge a battery, say from 10.5V (empty) to 14.5V (full). Therefore a reasonable model is a 22V source, with a few ohms resistor in series. It mimics open-circuit voltage (22V), and the fact that voltage drops as soon as you draw A from it, and the fact you can only get a few A from it. This model is not accurate across the entire range of behavior, but it works reasonably well in a narrow (typical) range.
