When i run hspice simulation, i get an warning like this:
"resistance is negative.it may cause instability problem"
My question is that does it affect my result significantly?

Depends on your circuit.
Another question i want to ask here, because i dont want to make so many small threads. Please understand me!
In Hspice
.Option GMIN
Specifies the minimum conductance added to all PN junctions for a time sweep
in transient analysis for HSPICE.
How GMIN affect our analysis, i notice that GMIN can also affect convergence, so in what ways it affect the simulation?
It's the same pb. for all continuity - DC and transient - analyses: too low a GMIN option can prevent convergence (often by transistors being (driven) in off mode), whereas setting GMIN too large can create inaccuracy.
