Reconfigurable Frequency Selective Reflector design in HFSS

Can anyone help me to design a Reconfigurable Frequency Selective Reflector in HFSS.It is fed by the monopole antennaI already designed the monopole but i am not getting how to design FSR in HFSS.Is there is any tutorial?

Could you please let us know more about the Frequency Selective Reflector?
Is it FSS layers beneath a planar monopole antenna?
