How to design COCO Antenna in CST Suite

Hi,
I have just started using CST Suite and did some preliminary simulation learning from Youtube and CST site. I am researching Co-axial Collinear Antennas. I am unable to find any tutorial that will help me understand how to design COCO antenna in CST. If you have any such simulation lying around or could provide any guide line on how to design please help me.
