Rsoft design 2D photonic crystal slab cavity

Hi,
Is anybody working on Rsoft? i'm now having some problems on the simulation of 2D photonic crystal slab cavity. i don't know how to use this software to get a highQ cavity, can anybody help me? thanks a lot~
