reply for Tellurite photonic crystal fiber to irfan1

I know that is in optics express paper and allowed for all people but i attatch it to all members who didn't see it before as it demonstrated that tellurite glass can be used to fabricate low-loss photonic crystal fibers and this can be usefull for any one.
