BandSolver+Fullwave for 3D photonic band calculation

I want to calculate photonic bands of a 3D photonic crystal slab. How to do this with Bandsolver + Fullwave (periodic along x,z directions, and finite height along y direction)? I hope to get an example file (*.ind). thanks.

There should be some examples in the examples directory. In addition, you can create a large supercell.
