meshroom structure in MATLAB

i need MATLAB code to calculate the dimensions of meshroom EBG structure.
i need the dimensions for 2.4 GHZ

Using what parameters? The generic structure is typically around a half wavelength in the dielectric between the two layers, but this can be modulated by factors such as the gap size, via radius, etc.
