I couldn't build this simple structure

I am a new user of ie3d simulation promram.If you look at the structure it really looks so simple.i worked on it a lot but i couldnt build it.If anyone draws it for me and send me the file or help me i would be thankful.Thanks



(Note:You see there is a small conductor strip on the middle of the structure.i cant draw it.I didnt give the sizes and parameters here because first of all i want to learn how to draw this structure.)
