Allegro export to HFSS issues

Hello everyone,
I am trying to use the Ansys integration tool in Cadence Allegro to export a PCB to Ansys EM desktop (HFSS). For some reason when I get this error "Error: view creation failed (1)". Does anyone know why this error is accouring? I am running on RedHat 6 with Allegro 172 and Ansys EMD 18.
