How to observe 50-ohm transmission line in ADS software

When I finished simulating 50-ohm transmission line
which parameter should I observe ??

My simulation tools is Agilent ADS.

You should look for S11 (return loss) being <-20 dB or less and S21 as high as possible. Generally >-0.5 dB, but of course very much depending on conductor length, dielectric used, etc.
