STA in ICC/ICC2/innovus or in primeTime？

Could some master explain static timing analysis in ICC/ICC2/innovus or in primeTime
do we have to run STA both in place and route AND in primeTime?

Yes, PNR tool is not good enough for TIMING, and PT is more developed for timing analysis...

just run signoffTimeDesign in innovus

most do not have this license of innovus, still need PT to verify final signoff timing.
