ICC cannot open cell for read

用的库应该就是论坛里的 smic180的。

1. thespecified cell is locked or read-only and you tried to write to it,//应该只是读，这个不是原因
2.youdonot have permission to access the cell or the library where it//我已经把库的目录及子目录 chmod成777了

3. the path (e.g. in stream out, a reference library path)or//这个添加的时候都图形界面选择的，路径错不了

4. too many files or reference libraries//对于这个库，就开了一个ICC啊。

报错的是你的reference lib，你看看XOR2XL.FRAM这些库是不是有问题啊

谢谢，解决了。我虽然是在linux下解压的，但是这个压缩文件里 FRAM 的cell的命名是_1 这样了。
小编，再问你个问题：
比如论坛有人传的库文件， 是分成了好几个包，有的是解压后 还是个 压缩文件，这样第一次的这样解压在windows中，第二次解压在linux中，没问题吧?
但是，要是论坛里的包解压完直接就是目录形式了，不是压缩文件，那么这唯一的一次解压，在linux中如何操作? 我的linux是Xmanager shell的，没有图形界面。

正解，FRAM文件夹下的文件本应该是xx:1和xx:2，由于在windows下解压，为windows又不识别：号，所以把：改为_。解决办法有两种。其一：在linux下重新解压
其二：在FRAM的terminal中输入命令：rename _ ：*
