.lib文件中的input_transition_time是指什么

input_transition_time你说的应该是look_up table的一个索引，是输入的翻转时间

是指上升（下降）沿从30％（10％）变到70％（90％）的时间

这个应该是clk信号到寄存器的输出端的时间吧，和书上定义的不是一回事。
