求助使用calibre提取spef的问题

请教各位大神,由于缺少starRC必要的文件,我用calibre提取icc后gds的spef,然后再用pt做时序分析。
在calibre中将.v转成了cdl格式,cdl和.v的线名是一样的,然后用cdl和版图做了lvs,接着提取spef,设置了gate_level级,也写了hcell,并且输出文件格式选了spef+Primetime,但是输出的spef没法在PT中实现反标。PT报错:error:could not resolve net 'inst_A/inst_B/U1/net1'。最后一个都没反标上去,请问这是什么问题呢?生成的spef文件部分如下:

0/6634
0/6625
0/6627
inst_B/n2
inst_C/n3
其中有0/6634这类信息,在PT中会报错invalid capacitor (0/6634: A2 5.09932e-05) on net inst_A/n1。请问为什么会产生0/6634这类信息呢?PT好像并不能识别它们

就是两列标准单元名,如:
AD2D1AD2D1
INV1INV1
AOI1AOI1

太复杂了, 直接用icc write spef不就好了, 或者加点margin,直接用icc signoff也可以的
和pt signoff差不多

哦,好的,多谢,我现在就是用的icc来write spef,请问margin怎么加的?
而且,我发现icc和pt报出的时序违例不一致,有些icc中认为是setup问题的,pt没有报,对hold的报告也不一致。请问哪个更可靠些?
我使用的pt是2009版本的,用fix_eco_timing后,插入的buffer特别多,多的有些离谱,超过了要求的面积,返回icc就没法完成插buffer,是不是这个版本的pt的fix_eco功能还不够完善?
