calibre中LVS问题

calibre进行LVS时 出现问题其lvs report部分如下:

都是这种错误有一百多个
不知道是什么原因

先把所有IP以及std cell做成blackbox,run lvs,查找port的unmatch,把port对齐,以及P/G问题,这些解决了,问题也就好办了

这个问题是什么回事,什么意思呢
要什么解决呢?

把std cell 及IP都做为blackbox做LVS,这样就只检查了top level的连线问题,避免了cell级的问题引起的lvs 违例,从而比较容易查错。
这个ERC问题,我没见过,猜测是power/ground与cell的连接问题。

此ERC问题都是出现在IO PAD里

那个你又没有问,我以为你知道怎么设置blackbox!
在你的calibre runset file(或者是rule file)中设置:
LVS BOXsource_cell_name layout_cell_name

可能是你的I/O原本就有ERC问题。那你应该对你所用的IP及I/O本身做一个lvs检查,看I/O是否还有ERC问题,如果有,那就是I/O原本就存在的问题。
