voltus 生成Macro Power Grid Library时报错误的问题

大家好！
我在voltus （v15.10-p001_1版本）上练习voltus_ESD_13.2的lab库，在生成Macro Power Grid Library时，
报如下错误：
Begin Processing Spice Netlist
/public/cadence/SSV15.10/tools.lnx86/spectre/bin/64bit/spectre: error while loading shared libraries: libreadline.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
** ERROR: (VOLTUS_LSIM-5221): generate_pg_library : Device model processing
failed. This may be caused due to error in spectre simulation. Verify
spectre setup.
----------------------FATAL----------------------
** ERROR: (VOLTUS_LGEN-3205): generate_pg_library failed to calculate
current distribution due to errors in VOLTUS_LIBRARY_SIMULATOR. Please
review VOLTUS_LIBRARY_SIMULATOR log "./stdcells_pgv/voltus_libsim.log"
which contain exact cause of the problem.

应该是你的spectre有问题
Device model processing failed. This may be caused due to error in spectre simulation. Verify
spectre setup.
工具没装好：
