chip window size=seal ring window edge ？

看SMIC design rule说：BORDER layer size should be exactly same with the seal ring window edge if seal ring has been added by designers；又说：BORDERlayersizeshouldbeexactsamewithchipwindowsizein LDDI form (chip window size when tape-out).
是不是就是说：tape-out时候的chip window size=seal ring window edge ?
还有就是流片时芯片的面积大小怎么算?就是chip window size吗?

当你没有sealring的时候，bordersize就是最外面的border层（127）占用的window size，
通常也就是LDDI 里面填的size，而且会备注: without seal ring , added by smic standard sealring
当你含有sealring的时候，border要包含sealring，LDDI里面也是填这个size，
并且备注： with sealring， no need added again by smic

LDDI 指定是什么?
