即使不指定区域，在右侧和上方也没办法插入filler。

问题已解决。
之前一直是直接用脚本插入filler。左侧和下方都是粗略指定了面积的区域，即可插入成功。
上方和右侧不行。改用GUI界面，精确了插入的区域，并且指定了只上方或者只右侧。即可。

我以前也遇到过这个问题，我当时捣鼓好了，现在一时记不清了。
你把不同边的分开写，还不行的话，然后加个option -prefix，两边的名字不能一样。

嗯 我除了这块以外的区域确实是这么写的insert_pad_filler -prefix right_ -cell "PFILL50 PFILL20 PFILL10 PFILL5 PFILL2 PFILL1 PFILL01 PFILL001" -bounding_box {{6167.340 197.000} {6364.340 4746.885}}

这样 还是插入0个filler。

解决了吗?不行的话，不要直接运行整个.tcl脚本，一条一条执行，再逐个查看。每边分开写也不行吗?

没有blockage哦。我现在左边和下面可以插入filler。就上方和右边不行。好像和局部插入也没有关系。看着就是pad filler 的方向问题。

我本来就是用GUI界面的，指定了精确的坐标也不行。只插入right也不行啊，好奇怪！

please try to insert the pad filler step by step.
1. add the whole pad zone
2. delete the unused zone and insert the new different pad filler again
hope you get a good result

BTW, Do you found any route guide for it?

插pad filler一般不加bbox吧?
