用layout时导出gds时出现问题，求解答

我在用layout糅合encounter导出的gds与foundry给出的gds时出现了以下error：
Failed to open the cross-referenced cellview 'HMCOMOS003V1/layout'. Check that the library exists at the location define in the 'cds.lib' file. and that the cellview exists.
请问该怎么解决这个error~

是不是路径错拉。在merge的时候没有merge到这个cell，或者是refLibOrder里没有定义到这个cell name.

库里面没有这个cell的gdsii吧

库里有这个的gds，我导进去了~

我在encounter导入lef的时候有显示这个IP核的~

cds lib里面是不是没有添加这个layout view?
