新手请教:为什么用.18工艺综合出来的面积比.35还大?

首先DC综合报告的面积单位是什么?
另外DC报告中的连线面积说明了什么?为什么一个工艺库出来的连线面积比例很小,另一个却很大?
同样的设计,用Chartered 0.18工艺库综合出来的面积比0.35工艺库的面积还大,下面是DC的面积报告

请设置zeroloadModel重新综合查看结果,并对比
035----018综合结果cell数量少了,但是面积翻了10倍,进入lib库查看对比单元,report_area设置详细选项查看单元面积都行,应该非常好debug

两个工艺库lib文件的面积单位是否一致呢?

问题就在这里,从哪里可以看到库的长度单位呢

蒙一下,或找后端问问,或者打开layout看一下。

那个test case太小,基本上说明不了什么问题
