请教关于booster的问题

芯片中长线需要用booster来缩短上升和下降时间,长线的电容和电阻非常大,非加booster不可,但是版图限制不可能加大的电路。
请问怎么样设计一个面积小但是拉升电压和拉降电压能力很强的booster。

多加几个小的,均匀点

's just the bode plot of the plant stage, seeing from the negative gain of the low frequency. Actually, you need to add the control circuit which will give enough gain at low frequency (for example, 80db or greater) and model the pwm block ( if you use such method, that means you need to model the switch and diode). After including the control circuit, the whole loop gain will be changed into positive, and you can measure the loop stablity. For system design, you need to get the model of the control IC(normally, can model it as OTA, and adding the compensation component).
